Two-stage Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Soybean Concentrated Phospholipid to Prepare Glycerylphosphorylcholine: Optimized by Response Surface Methodology

چکیده
A two-stage enzymatic hydrolysis method, in which phospholipase A1 (PLA1) was added after A2 (PLA2) for a certain time, successfully carried out to prepare glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) from soybean concentrated phospholipid. Effects of reaction variables on were optimized using response surface methodology, and the optimal conditions as follows: PLA2 load 1.25%, PLA1 0.70%, substrate concentration 13%, temperature 41°C, stirring rate 680 rpm. Under conditions, GPC yield reached 83.07%, is close predicted value by fitted model. This paper not only provides an efficient low-cost method GPC, but also improves high-value utilization

enzymatic hydrolysis of yellowfin tuna (thunnus albacares) using neutrase by application of response surface methodology (rsm)
enzymatic hydrolysis of yellowfin tuna visceral protein with neutrase has been carried out by response surface methodology using factorial design. peptide chain length was estimated as the response surface to the hydrolysis conditions (enzyme activity, reaction temperature, and reaction time). the tuna visceral protein hydrolysate had relatively high protein (74.56%) and low lipid content (1.86...
متن کاملProduction of Cereal- based Probiotic Beverage Optimized by Response Surface Methodology and Investigation of Its Properties
Background and Objectives: In general, most probiotic products are dairy-based and a few efforts have been made to develop probiotic products using other substrates such as cereal grains. Rice can be used as a basis for the production of many functional foods. However, rice in Iran is mostly consumed as plate food rather than in the formulation of relevant functional foods. In this study, the r...
متن کاملOptimization of Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Manihot Esculenta Root Starch by Immobilizeda-Amylase Using Response Surface Methodology
Enzymatic hydrolysis of starch from natural sources finds potential application in commercial production of alcoholic beverage and bioethanol. In this study the effect of starch concentration, temperature, time and enzyme concentration were studied and optimized for hydrolysis of cassava (Manihot esculenta) starch powder (of mesh 80/120) into glucose syrup by immobilized (using Polyacrylamide g...
متن کاملOptimization of Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Wheat Straw Pretreated by Alkaline Peroxide Using Response Surface Methodology
To optimize the enzymatic conversion of widely available lignocellulosic biomass-wheat straw (WS), pretreatment facilitating the enzymatic saccharification process was first performed by alkaline peroxide, resulting in a substrate consisting of 60.17% cellulose, 29.53% hemicelluloses, and 4.59% lignin. Using response surface methodology, the combined effects of enzyme loading, substrate concent...
متن کاملOptimized Removal of Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate by Fenton-Like Oxidation Using Response Surface Methodology
This study investigates the degradation of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) in aqueous solution by the Fenton-like oxidation process. The effects of different parameters such as concentrations of ferric chloride and hydrogen peroxide, pH and reaction time on the SDBS removal and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) reduction were evaluated. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with Central Compo...
